All items on our Lustre & Sage online store are ready stock and shipped from our Melbourne HQ. In the future, we may offer best selling items under a "Pre-Order" page with items that are arriving back soon to our HQ, estimated dispatch date would be stated for those items.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Orders over $70.00 — Free express shipping
Orders under $70.00 — $15 flat rate express shipping
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been successfully placed. You will receive email updates throughout the process of fulfilment and shipping of your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We pack and dispatch orders between Monday to Friday. We aim to fulfil same day dispatches for orders placed before 12:00pm, however, there may be slight delays during sale or peak periods.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Australia Post Express delivery is usually between 2 - 6 days
We send from Melbourne - the closer you are to us, the more likely it is to be delivered on the sooner end of the window. All orders are tracked and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we fulfill yours. Please note that external factors such as weather and COVID-19 may affect delivery time and are out of our control.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
- Keep jewellery dry at all times
- Avoid contact with chemicals and salt water
- After each wear, wipe with a soft clean cloth
- Store in a dry place to prevent tarnish or discolour
